What are the recording options?
As a meeting Host, WebMeet™ allows you to record in Full HD (1080p). When you stop recording, your high-quality recording will become instantly available in your secure File Sharing portal, inside your meeting room.
If you’re attending as a Guest, the Host will need to grant access. When you stop recording, your file is instantly available in the lightweight .webm format, making it streamable on virtually any device—no conversions, no hassle, just click and play.
As a Guest, your recorded file will be instantly available for download from the browser.

How is the control and ownership of our data and brand assets handled?
Your data is 100% owned by you. Your brand is installed, and load tested in your AWS account. The WebMeet™ application (branded to your company), acts solely as a custodian—never repurposing, selling, or sharing your data. All meeting content, recordings, and brand assets remain fully exportable, with enterprise-grade controls to enforce your ownership rights.
