White-Labeling, Smart & Profitable

The Problem
- Lack of Branding Control – Popular meeting platforms offer a one-size-fits-all service and your meetings promote their brand.
- High Fees & Revenue Loss – You pay recurring fees, and there’s no way to monetize your meeting services.
- Limited Customization – Generic layouts and rigid features prevent you from tailoring the platform to your needs.
- Privacy & Data Concerns – 3rd-party providers control your meeting data, raising security & compliance issues.
- Scalability Challenges – Renting from a 3rd-party, means no control over meeting costs or the loss of important features.

The Solution
- Full White-Labeling – Own your platform with custom branding, and plugin to your current user dashboard.
- Monetization Options – People now pay you for your meetings services, webinar products and video postcards.
- Custom Features & UI – Tailor your meeting experience with flexible layouts, custom AI plugin integrations.
- Secure & Private – End-to-end encryption and self-hosted options ensure your data remains under your control.

How does white-labeling work?
Choosing to white-label an existing, scalable web meeting platform lets you skip the expensive and risky process of building your own software. Instead, you simply license the software, put your logo on it, and host it on your own domain. Plus, you can use it to grow your brand and create a new service that brings in revenue for your business. Think big, recurring, profit margins here!
Which platforms can I integrate with?
Google Calendar
Outlook Calendar
Gmail add-on allows you to start a meeting or join a scheduled meeting from Gmail
Office 365 – The Office365 add-in allows you to schedule and update meetings within an Office365 calendar event.
Zapier – The Zapier integration allows you to trigger actions with other apps when something occurs in WebMeet or cause an action in WebMeet when something occurs in another app. It can be used to integrate WebMeet with a service where there is no direct integration.
Zendesk – The Zendesk and WebMeet integration allows Zendesk agents to start a meeting or schedule a meeting from within Zendesk.
Downloadable plugins include the Microsoft Outlook plugin, the Google Chrome extension for scheduling with Google Calendar, the Firefox add-on for scheduling with Google calendar, and the Skype for Business (Lync) plugin. WebMeet also offers an Outlook web add-in, which can be installed from your Office365 admin portal.
WeMeet is configurable with identity providers for single sign-on based on SAML 2.0.
You can also develop your own integrations through the WebMeet Marketplace with REST API, Desktop SDK, or MobileRTC™ stacks.
